Rob Sindone and the IAC-Indoor Air Care team are stellar. I had an unknown and hidden animal invasion at my house in West Hampton, Long Island. I first called in an exterminating company but within a few days the scope proved beyond their expertise and I contacted Rob Sindone at IAC-Indoor Air Care. Unfortunately for me, the situation was far worse than I could have imagined and as I quickly became versed on the extent of the damage raccoons can cause, Rob supported me with all the Insurance inspections and any additional trades I needed to get the house cleaned, disinfected and habitable. With patience and professionalism, Rob gingerly walked me through the process. When walls were open and exploration finished, I had to have the whole house cleaned, disinfected and new ducting put in. The IAC-Indoor Air Care team was there 5 weeks working around the clock. We were working against a deadline and I did not want to compromise any aspect of the decontamination and reconstruction process. Neither did Rob. Rob also recommended a first rate restorative cleaner and sanitizer for the rugs, furniture etc. one that performed at the same level of professional excellence as IAC-Indoor Air Care did.
As team leader, Rob was also working around the clock. He was never more than 10 minutes away from returning my call or texting me back when I had a question. Rob was always courteous and professional and made himself at all hours of the day. I know the job was done with meticulous care and that no shortcuts were taken as the team wanted to do the job right and complete the project knowing that every corner had been inspected, cured and delivered back to me in as new condition.
Having been in business over 40 years, I often ask myself where the professionals have gone? Those that are not only true experts in their fields but also have an exemplary work ethic . With Rob Sindone and the IAC, I found that team. They completed the project with a level of expertise and care that showed in every aspect of their deliverables.
Rob and the IAC-Indoor Air Care team not only get my 5 Gold Stars but my heartfelt respect for being the dedicated professionals that delivered a perfect product. Everyone should use IAC to have their ducts cleaned. They showed me videos of the process and I was amazed at what they got out of the ducts.Being it’s a very old house, I knew it wasn’t clean, but couldn’t believe what was being sucked out !! We were breathing that gunk.They have top of the line equipment and qualified employees to do the job right. No mess was left. Ran the heat and could immediately smell the sanitizer they used.Wonderful feeling and peace of mind knowing we are breathing much fresher air!Thanks to IAC. I will be referring all my family and friends, because not enough people know this service should be done every few years.And no, your vacuum cleaner will NOT do the same thing!

The crew was able to come in, set up and clean both heating systems very quickly. Absolute professionals the whole time making sure they didn’t mark any property. There was a distinct difference in air cleanliness after they left. Money well spent for allergy sufferers

Rob, who scheduled my duct cleaning, was extremely responsive, understanding, and fun to talk to. I was fortunate enough to pick up a cancelled appointment and received service in record time. The folks at Indoor Air Care came over to clean my HVAC ducts and could not have been nicer or more professional. The team worked quickly, neatly and answered my questions directly and with great courtesy.Having your AC/heating ducts is not a glamorous thing to have done, but it is necessary. The whole process on my house took only about two hours and now I’m set for another 5 years with the peace of mind that my indoor air quality is as good as it can be. I highly recommend using IAC for your home too!

Rosemary and Jeff were very helpful in helping fix my proposal and make sure everything I needed was listed and even helping with the price where needed. I had my 2 zone duct system cleaned this week. The service men were on time and they were polite . I was impressed that they put on booties EVERY TIME they entered the house which was quite a lot of times . The work was done neatly and with as little disturbance to my home as possible. My dogs and I were home the whole time and all was well. I would recommend this company and actually have already given their number a few times. Looking forward to less dust. Will absolutely use this service in a few years to maintain clean ducts. Ty

Wow, what can I say other than ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC. Rob and his crew really know how to impress when it comes to every aspect of doing business. From the minute I called to the minute the service was performed I was blown away. Not only were the vents and air ducts left clean but was explained the process and why it is important to have done. The men were pleasant and respectful when they entered my home and did a fantastic job. The cleaned up after they were done with the job and made sure everything was perfect. Many companies I called never showed up and had a minimum of a fee to even come out to see the property. The office was accommodating and reasonable with price. Job was a 10+++ and overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you need any of the services these professionals offer I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Very detailed on service to be performed. Work done on time and for the quoted price. Willing to go the extra step because I asked them to come back several weeks later to clean dryer vent which was not on the original work order. The came back and did it with no extra charge on a fay they were working close by

This is the place to go for a professional repair, cleaning and replacement of your HVAC ducts and system. These folks are responsive and do a terrific job. Diego and the technicians don't mess around, they work work work until the job is done. They are courteous and they truly care about the work they perform. Everything they had to do was thoroughly explained in advance and I have nothing to criticize them about. After the job was completed everything was in order and the job well done. Don't waste time with other services!
